John Watson Hazen II

John began his real estate career in 1984 and has since built an exponentially successful career as a hotel owner, operator, court-appointed multi-state hotel receiver, and principal sales broker. In addition to having owned multiple properties throughout the state of Colorado, John and his wife Lucinda have created and own the Affordable Inns, Stay Wise Inns, and Volare hotel brands. John understands the day-to-day workings of hotel operations and has in in depth knowledge of the hotel market that sets him above the rest!

Jack is a seasoned Real Estate broker with nearly 6 years experience in real estate, construction and is a licensed general contractor in Colorado who runs his own business. Jack is passionate about helping his clients achieve their real estate dreams. After building his own home, Jack used his knowledge and expertise to remodel hotel/motels, flip distressed properties, and build his business further. Shannon is a military wife and mom to 3. She is an energetic and thoughtful partner who is the go-to person for creative, purposeful solutions to unique challenges. Shannon's knack for relationships and natural talent in industry branding and marketing was seen early on. Shannon relentlessly studies market and social media trends in addition to building and maintaining all company websites and social platforms to ensure the HHG remains at the top of it's game. In her spare time she enjoys making memories with her children, teaching drama to Jr. High and High School students, all things outdoors, and fitness related activities.

Donna Conway

Donna is a dedicated and meticulous Office Manager with over 30 years of experience at multi-tasking and managing all aspects of a multi-state real estate company. As a former escrow officer in Chicago, Donna is skilled in company and hotel operations, human resources, and transaction coordination. Her ability to be flexible and focused in addition to her ability to create and maintain relationships with clients has made her a crucial asset to the HHG. For every transaction, Donna works closely with each agent to ensure that every deal and every contract is in the best interest of both the company and the client.
